Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

You may return your banner within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that:

the item is unused

it is in its original packaging

it is in a resalable condition

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

To arrange a return, please contact us at support@libericomm.co.uk to request the returns address.

Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We do not accept returns on customised banners, unless they are faulty.
